Exchange Policy
At Kaushallya, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please note that we have a No Return and No Refund Policy. We only offer exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.
1. Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the exchange.
2. How to Request an Exchange
To request an exchange, please contact us at shivarth007@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide the necessary instructions.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at shivarth007@gmail.com with clear photographs of the issue so that we can review and resolve it appropriately.
4. Non-Exchangeable Items

5. No Return & No Refund Policy
We do not accept returns for any products purchased from our website.
We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including changes of mind, incorrect size selection by the customer, or delays caused by third-party courier services.
Only eligible exchanges requested within the specified 3-day period will be considered.
